Your new role
The Project Manager role involves overseeing all aspects of the construction process for multifamily projects. You will be in charge of contract management, cost control, schedule coordination, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be eligible for the Project Manager role, you must have a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. You must also have at least 5 years of experience in the multifamily construction industry, preferably with a general contractor or builder/developer, and have completed at least 2 previous multifamily projects. You must have the skills to read and interpret construction drawings, negotiate and award subcontracts, forecast and manage project finances, and navigate the Atlanta subcontractor and vendor market. You must also have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
