Our client is seeking a Program Manager in Coral Gables. FL.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in complex, enterprise environments (coming from healthcare industry highly preferred)
• Must possess experience working in fast-paced, SAFe Agile environments and managing various projects at once
• Must possess very strong experience and understanding of SDLC
• Must possess strong portfolio of project delivery experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Business Applications
o Consumer Tech & Data Analytics
o EMR Clinical Systems & Informatics
o Infrastructure & Ops
• Must possess strong experience with PM Tools
o ServiceNow Portfolio Management (SNOW SPM)
o SmartSheets, Jira, & MS Suite of tools
• Possess experience leading cross-functional project teams, including PMs, Developers, Business Analysts, and other IT Engineering teams
• Prior experience / involvement with implementing a PMO office preferred
• Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to drive forward project initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required
• Experience with implementing a PMO office would be an extreme high plus!
• PMP & Agile Certifications preferred.
