Our client is seeking a Program Manager in Atlanta, GA.


Role Description


We are seeking a creative and driven team member with a passion for travel, employee and customer experience, and design to join our team. OnBoard Services (OBS) is leading an effort to transform how we do catering by:

• Building a new, industry leading, end-to-end catering system

• Enhancing current customer and employee-facing programs

• Works with stakeholders to build out initial requirements and user stories through the creation of process mappings to form a deep understanding of business processes to then drive functional requirement documentation

• Participate in daily Scrum sessions with IT or vendors and score backlog items based on potential impact, development effort, hypothesis confidence, and strategic fit

• Partner effectively with the IT organization and external partners in the execution of projects supporting the Catering Transformation

• Define success criteria and metrics of new products/releases and perform post-implementation analysis

• Work collaboratively to ensure functionality consistently flows through to Flight Attendant and customer facing channels and adds expected value

• Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings


Skills & Requirements


• Bachelor's degree. Preferred major in Technology, Business, Management Information Systems

• Working knowledge of tools like Agility One (VersionOne)

• Experience in at least one commercial or operations function such as In Flight, Reservations, Airport Customer Service, Digital, or Sales

• Build strong working relationships with coworkers, customers (internal and external), partners, and company leadership

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• 1-3 years of working Agile product owner experience with prior experience leading or developing others in the Agile methodology

• Experience working in an Agile environment and has written features and user stories

• Should have at least 1 year of previous experience with gathering requirements from stakeholders

• Must be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and results oriented; capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines

• Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and manage multiple requests with varying timelines

• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
