Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Art Specialist in Tampa, FL.

Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Art Director, you’ll be part of a high-performing creative team where you’ll blend creative vision and analytical skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll contribute as creative conceptualist, with responsibility for crafting compelling and strategic designs and layouts for digital and offline campaigns that motivate audiences. As a visual storyteller, you’re skilled at designing across channels, including email, digital, video, social media, direct mail, and marketing collateral. You bring design ideas to life in ways that motivate audiences to take action. You’re driven, accountable, curious and can’t wait to see campaign results so that you can outperform them in the next campaign. You can work efficiently under quick-turn timelines. You design within the brand, while expressing the brand in new and differentiating ways.

Campaign Design: Design and oversee the creation of visually compelling campaigns for various performance marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, display advertising, and more.
Takes initiative: Conceptual and strategic thinker
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with marketing analysts to interpret campaign data and optimize design elements based on performance metrics.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials consistently maintain the MetLife brand image and message across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, creative leads, marketing and product teams to develop cohesive strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Audience: Understand target audiences and tailor messages to resonate with their needs and preferences.
Time Management: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Stakeholder and Channel Interaction: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and channel partners to understand their needs, provide updates, and present creative solutions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously refine and improve marketing efforts.

Skills & Requirements

What You Need to Success (Required Qualifications):

Experienced professional with 3-5 years in a similar role with an external agency or within a high-growth company
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work and demonstrated successful results
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, knowledge of UX and web design principles
Demonstrated creative thinking and creative concepting abilities
Ability to absorb data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Keen attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs; able to solve problems with a sense of urgency
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred
