I am working exclusively with a Commercial Real Estate firm who provide advisory services to clients across project management, brokerage and investments. Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to work as an Owner's Representative, supporting the vision and goals of their their clients. This is an incredible opportunity to join an industry leader where you will be assigned a specific client, taking projects from initial conceptualization through to handover.

Your new role

As Owners Representative Project Manager you will provide professional construction project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site. You will Interact with client representatives on-site to ensure their vision for the real estate is met and consistently offering sound construction and real estate advice throughout pre-construction through construction. The projects my client has the most needs at present are within the mission critical sector where you will be involved in new build and/or renovations of data centers, located within the Chicagoland area

What you'll need to succeed

My client is looking for project managers with 5-15 years of experience in the construction industry, either with a general contractor, construction management firm or would look at a technical electrical or mechanical subcontractor. Experience with complicated MEP projects, data centers and/or mission critical projects is highly advantageous. A 4-year college degree in Architecture/Interior Design, Engineering or Construction is required.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a very competitive base salary of up to $160k, (commensurate with experience) 20% bonus incentive, company 401K match.
