Our client is a full-service, award-winning General Contractor specializing in high-profile, complex projects in both the public and private sectors. They handle new construction, additions, renovations, restorations and modernization of large scale commercial, institutional and government buildings valued from $1Million - $500Million.
Your new role

You will be responsible for reviewing project documents, developing subcontractor scopes of work for multiple projects at any one time, take-offs, coordinating with subcontractors, developing RFI's, identifying scope gaps, attending industry networking events, subcontractor networking events and subcontractor meetings to maintain relationships. Present in bid review meetings, review proposals and coordinate with subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed

Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator with 2–10 years of mechanical estimating experience. You will also have experience bidding on large scale projects valued at $10M+ within the commercial, government or federal sectors.
You would have worked within a GC, large mechanical subcontractor or mechanical sales/equipment supplier environment.
