The Repairs & Maintenance Technician ensures the venue facilities are maintained to an immaculate standard, further enhancing the guest experience. They perform all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the venue facilities, and are responsible for ensuring they keep the visual aspects of the venue in excellent condition by executing an established proactive maintenance regime.

Essential Functions
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Understands OSHA, NY DOH, NY Fire Department requirements, and other relevant protocols
Able to lift, push, and pull 30+ lbs.
Able to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions.
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and a variable schedule, per the needs of the business
The ability to access and accurately input information using both traditional and company-specific hardware and software programs on a PC, or mobile devices.
Maintain grooming in accordance with company standards, as outlined by the Employee Handbook and/or uniform policy.
Maintain general knowledge of the Company, including location, transportation, management team, etc.
Attend mandatory meetings including daily stand-ups with managers and weekly maintenance meetings with the venue teams.
An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements.

Maintenance of the venue
Proactively carry out inspections of the facilities to identify issues and create work orders as necessary.
With direction from the Regional Maintenance Manager, they communicate the needs of the venue to any third-party contractors while they’re on site.
Manage costs, compliance, and contractors
Report all small expenses made to the manager. These will be one-off purchases of parts needed to make critical repairs. Formal approval from the Regional Maintenance Manager will be required for any purchase.
Positively manage relationships with maintenance contractors and service providers while ensuring they perform tasks to the required standard timelines.
Perform routine safety inspections.
Atmosphere and cleanliness
Consistently deliver the highest standards of service.
Keep all work areas clean and organized.
Inform Manager on Duty immediately of any OSHA & workplace safety violations.
Maintain venue to company standards.
Show appropriate, clear, comprehensive, and timely communication with all colleagues (both written and verbal).
Reply to all emails by the end of the shift and complete tasks within set deadlines.
Ensure CMMS is up-to-date by the end of every shift at all for accurate reporting
Support strategic projects, including but not limited to working to deadlines, confidently sharing opinions and adding value to any given project, both individually and as part of a team.
Use equipment in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and in adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
Attend any mandatory training as required by the company.
Adhere to city, state, and federal mandates.
What you'll get in return
Candidates will be provided an hourly pay that equals between $65k - $75, Full Medical Benefits, 401k.
