Maintenance Director in Brooklyn - $115K base + Bonus | NYCHA Takeover

This company is a renowned and successful Real Estate developer, owner/operator, and investor with over 18,000 units in their national portfolio and an asset pipeline worth over $6 billion.

Looking to add a Maintenance Director to their team who will support a portfolio of 1400 affordable-housing units in Brooklyn.

Who You Are:
  • 10+ years’ experience in residential maintenance management
  • Excellent leadership
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves for a new challenge
