This company is a renowned and successful Real Estate developer, owner/operator, and investor with over 18,000 units in their national portfolio and an asset pipeline worth over $6 billion.


Looking to add a Director of Maintenance to their team who will support a portfolio of 2000+ affordable-housing units in the Bronx.


Who you are:
  • 10+ years experience in Affordable Maintenance Management
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on approach
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves for a new challenge


This position offers:
  • Comprehensive health benefits package including 401K match plan
  • 22 days PTO plus 13+ paid holidays
  • Starting pay of $93K-100K base salary
