Their portfolio spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, each designed to meet the evolving needs of modern living and working spaces. With x2 300+ acre parcels ready for development, they are looking for a senior Superintendent to join the team.

Your new role

Your primary function as Lead Superintendent in the planning, coordinating and leading is the work activities of employees and subcontractors.
You will be involved reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting with Safety and Quality programs, implementation of project-wide housekeeping procedures, daily reports and reviewing budgets and scopes with Project Managers. You may also assist with RFI’s and submittals.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need at least 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent

• Project experience in Commercial/ Corporate Office fit out/ Retail

• History with renovation on projects is key

• MUST have experience with Core and Shell (Exteror) construction projects

• Efficient with ProCore, bluebeam (advantageous), MS office

• OSHA Certified
