This Lead Building Engineer role will be responsible for carrying out the maintenance of a Commercial building in the Atlanta area. As the lead Building Engineer, you are responsible for the fundamental function and continued success of this building.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you should have experience working in a Commercial office building performing corrective & preventative maintenance. You must have working experience in electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems and fire life systems in a High rise building.

*EPA Universal is required for this role
