Our client is seeking an ITSM Lead in Plantation, FL.
Skills & Requirements
• 5+ years of ITSM (IT Service Management) experience in mid-to-large scale organizations
• Must possess leadership experience leading processes and projects (2+ years)
• Must possess experience focusing on IT Change Management
• Must possess strong experience and proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, FreshWorks, HaloITSM, Jira Atlassian or others (they’re currently using and transitioning away from ZenDesk)
• Must possess experience targeting change management within ITSM platforms – familiarity with IT Asset Management, Change Management Database, change requests, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management
• Must have an ITIL v3/v4 Foundation cert. and possess strong experience with ITIL best practices
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholder management abilities to lead meetings (will lead weekly meetings with the Change Advisory Board)
• Bachelor’s Degree needed to convert to FTE at Jazwares
Preferred
• Preferred Licenses / Certifications: Adv. ITIL certs such as ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Strategic Leaders, ITIL Master
• Experience in automation and AI-driven IT service enhancements
