    Job Summary:

    The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of efforts across various project teams. The Project Executive will also play a key role in business development and client relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and client requirements.
    • Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
    • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently across projects to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers and their teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
    • Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or interiors industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
    • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
