Role Description
• Provides direct support for M365 services and technologies.
• On-premise Exchange administration and support
• On-premise Active Directory administration and support
• Exchange Online Administration and support
• Azure AD Administration and support
• Sharepoint Online support
• OneDrive for Business, ediscovery
Skills & Requirements
• Experience supporting Enterprise-scale Cloud and Hybrid IT environments
• Strong M365/O365 technologies knowledge.
• Technical expertise working with M365 hybrid environments, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Dynamics 365, PowerBI, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and e-discovery.
• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree not required
• Plus’s /Bonus Skills: Use of 3rd Party Tools (Citrix, Veeam, ServiceNow, VMWare)
