IAM SailPoint IIQ Developer – Contract – Richmond, VA – $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a IAM SailPoint IIQ Developer in Richmond, VA.
Role Description
• Ensure the company’s security policies and standards are adhered to for Identity and Access Management.
• Translate requirements into secure design, implementation, and configuration.
• Provide appropriate deployment strategies and maintain defined change control procedures.
• Create and maintain procedures, diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Identify and evaluate complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
• Installation, integration, and maintenance of applications with IAM tools and connectors.
• Participate in planning, sizing, and estimating enhancements and capabilities to the IAM Program.
• Provide support for program monitoring.
• Enhance program maturity through continuous improvement and leverage automation where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with team members, application owners, contractors, and business partners.
• Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science, or related degree (In lieu of degree, 3+ years demonstrated developer experience)
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP servlets, SQL, Unix/LINUX, Win, Oracle, PowerShell, xml, LDAP/AD, database connectivity
• 3 or more years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, administration, implementation, and integration.
• Expertise in system and application design.
• Experience evaluating, designing, implementing, optimizing, and documenting a comprehensive and extensive array of identity and access management technologies and processes.
• Capacity to work in a team environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong Knowledge of regulatory requirements and control framework including governance, audit, and control compliance.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovative approaches
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
