Our client is a premier investment firm dedicated to acquiring, managing, and developing high-quality real estate assets to provide affordable housing for communities throughout the United States.
They are seeking a dynamic and adaptable HR Generalist to join the team in Irvine, CA. This role is pivotal in supporting the West Coast operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, workplace reviews, training, and benefits enrollment across multiple locations.
Your new role
Employee Relations & Workplace Reviews: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and regular workplace reviews.
Training & Development: Conduct and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Benefits Enrollment: Manage and assist with employee benefits enrollment processes.
Regional Oversight: Oversee HR functions for three locations in Washington State and numerous locations across Northern and Southern California
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of California state regulations.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish-speaking), adaptable, and fluid in handling various HR tasks.
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
- Willingness to travel to different locations once a quarter.
- Strong partnership and customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of leave and benefits administration is a plus.
