Your new role

As a member of the People and Culture Team, you will support talent management initiatives within their brand-new manufacturing/processing facility. Working alongside the HR Manager, you will manage a variety of internal and external communications, attract and retain talent, oversee an efficient onboarding/off-boarding process, and ensure employees have access to effective training programs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience working in a start-up or smaller growing organization, ideally within a manufacturing plant, or similar environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for blue-collar positions.

• At least 3 years of experience managing comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Experience with learning and development initiatives.

• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
