This company is a global manufacturing company that is in rapid growth mode. This company is looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team in North Carolina!


Your new role
  • Working on building strategic relationships with departments across the business.
  • Key leader in the month end close process and operating cash forecasting and reporting.
  • Inventory reporting and analysis
  • Indirect cost reporting and analysis
  • Supports the budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Variance analysis and providing recommendations
  • Monthly business reporting and helping to drive results throughout the business areas
  • Evaluate CAPEX for final projects and understanding ROI.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in accounting or finance,
four
years minimum experience in related role, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook and a strong work ethic. Working within manufacturing is a MUST. Experience with Epicor and CPA is a PLUS!
