Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant in New York\ Hybrid.

Role Description

The Role

This full-time position is responsible for providing administrative support the SVP Chief USB Data Officer, VP D&A Disability and Life, and VP D&A Dental and Vision for the MetLife Data & Analytics organization. Position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and good judgement. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. The individual is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism.

• Manage Microsoft Outlook calendar, inbox, and key contacts.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings / conference calls; prepare related materials / correspondence; print materials.
• Manage travel, expense reports, catering, meeting/events, distribution lists, etc.
• Respond to inquiries for information and provide follow-up on requests to ensure resolution.
• Handle confidential/sensitive information.
• Proactively prepare leaders for meetings, anticipating needs of the team on a daily basis.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments, following through on issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide other general administrative assistance and project support as needed.

Skills & Requirements

• 5-7+ years working as an Administrative Assistant or similar capacity.
• Ability to manage own performance independently and effectively, exhibiting excellent time management, strong organization and detail orientation.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and display high degree of integrity and judgement.
• Proficient/fluent in Microsoft Office programs.
• Highly professional in presence and communication skills (oral and written).
