• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction estimating across electric, pipeline, and water/sewer sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to forge and maintain strong business relationships.
• A detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
