Your new role

• Select metrics to produce valid cost estimates.
• Review documents or consult experts to collect necessary data.
• Analyze data and produce forecasts.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties.
• Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects, etc.).

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–6 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Preform complex bids.
• Ability to lead a junior team of estimators.
