Our client is a vertically integrated Real Estate firm specialising in the acquisition and management of office products in multiple markets across the USA. Due to increased acquisition of buildings on the West Coast an excellent opportunity has opened up for a Construction Project Manager to join the West Coast team in Burlingame, CA.

Your new role
As the dedicated Construction Project Manager you will participate in the Regional office’s development, construction and capital improvements projects and work within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment to ensure all construction CAPEX projects are completed from start to close. There will also be opportunity to get involved in the development and construction of small ground up high end residential projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline. 3+ years of construction project management experience ideally Owners Rep/Developer but General Contractor backgrounds also welcome. Project experience in Corporate Office or Residential is most attractive. You must be self motivated with the ability to prioritise your tasks and set your own schedule & enjoy working in the entrepreneurial environment of a growing business unit
