They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support their project management team.

    Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Project Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive project plans and schedules.
    • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
    • Communication: Facilitate communication between the Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors.
    • Budget Tracking: Help monitor project budgets and expenditures.
    • Quality Control: Assist in ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction or project management role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
