    Job Description: The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support its project management team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. This role involves assisting with all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
    • Help develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
    • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Monitor project progress and assist in making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
    • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
