Your new role
As you progress in your role as superintendent, you will be responsible for not only the day to day running of the job, but also all safety and code requirements across all aspects of the build. You will need to have the ability as the superintendent to communicate at all levels, dealing with the clients, project managers, and on some projects, assistant superintendents as well as all the sub-contractors on site. You will need to work well to deadlines to deliver the projects on time and within the budget.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Superintendent in this process, you will need to have at least 5 years experience running your own projects ideally, in the K-12 or Healthcare space . If you don't have this, but have strong tenure with some solid ground-up / tilt wall experience, I would still urge you to apply.
