After a enjoyable meeting with a Senior VP of People, a Senior Project Manager , and Senior VP, I'm excited to be representing one of the strongest GCs in my network. This GC is a Texas grown $500 million turnover GC with strong relationships in multiple industries.

This GC has a rich history of high spec profile builds throughout Texas and the US. Their portfolio consists of Healthcare, including high spec cancer treatment centers, higher education, K-12, and Cultural projects.
They are an award-winning, industry-leading GC who have enormous pride in how they conduct themselves internally, as well as externally.

Your new role
Depending on the project you are tasked to build, you will either report to a Senior Superintendent or a Project Manager. In this position, you will be given full charge of your project/section, and be expected to help drive the project forward. Communicating with subcontractors, daily management of field operations, adopting safety, scheduling, quality, and cost.

My client needs a team of superintendents who can help shape and move the company forward with the ever-changing client needs. The vision for these hires is to become the next Senior Superintendent.

From a construction standpoint, you will be at the level of being able to run your own projects and have confidence when running daily management on site. You will need to provide a project list with at least 5 ground-up projects ($1-10 million), which you will have done from start to finish, or been a part of multiple large-scale projects. ($60 million+)
