The US K12 construction leader is actively seeking a seasoned lead superintendent to run upcoming projects!

Job Title: Lead Superintendent - K-12 Construction
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, TX
Salary: 100k-130k

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee K-12 construction projects within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects under tight schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all phases of K-12 construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to solve design and construction challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with school district representatives, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on K-12 projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects under tight schedules and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety training.
