You have the opportunity to join a national leader in general contracting and construction management with over 100+ years of business success. Projects range from $1M-$500M in multiple commercial sectors including K12, higher education, healthcare, and government.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operation of construction projects
  • Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
  • Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
  • Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a lead superintendent
  • 3+ years tenure at previous employers is preferred
  • Large healthcare and complex project experience is required ($30M and higher in valuation)
  • Effective communicator between all involved parties of the project


Compensation
  • $120k-$150k base pay plus bonus program
  • Company truck and gas card
