Clinical Project Analyst
Your new company
Serve as a key contact point for interpretation and investigation of financial results in assigned area for the assigned Project Manager(s)
Prepare, reconcile, analyze and report project revenue, and associated metrics
•
Perform review on all actual and planned resources and report discrepancies to Project Manager(s)
•
Prepare project close out reconciliations including issue identification and escalation, if necessary
•
Produce financial and other business analyses, interpret, and investigate data for operations for assigned projects and contracts
•
Coordinate with project manager to build and scope change orders, monitor project status including resourcing and budget tracking
•
Assist in development of regular project financial status reports
•
Record revenue each month for Unit and Milestone contracts
•
Prepare and communicate monthly project estimates to clients
•
Monitor all subcontractor and vendors contracts and work as contact point for external and internal resource providers
•
Attend project meetings, as applicable, to support Project Manager and understanding/concurrence of project status, potential issues and the accuracy of the forecast
•
Monitor the overall health of assigned projects including but not limited to revenues, gross profit, receivables, and unbilled amounts as well as project close outs and reconciliations
Experience & Minimum Requirements:
•
BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance required
•
3 years of general accounting/finance experience or at least 1 year of CRO specific analyst experience required
•
Prior experience in project analysis and ASC 606 revenue recognition strongly preferred
•
Prior experience in portfolio financial management and forecasting strongly preferred
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
•
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
•
Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of personal motivation to achieve
•
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
