Your new role

The Civil Superintendent oversees and manages all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Specific experience with underground utilities, dirt and paving
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or similar are preferred.
