This company works on projects from $1Mill to $80Mill within heavy highway, bridges, roads, airports as well as army corps construction. The self-perform all their work and have a strong pipeline of work for the foreseeable future.

Your new role

Your role as a project engineer will be to work closely with the civil construction team throughout the lifecycle of the project. Your day-to-day duties will consist of liaising with project managers and superintendents, coordinate with subcontractors reporting on cost and schedules as well as assisting with change orders and invoices. You will also be required to troubleshoot any issues and work on resolutions for key problems.

What you'll need to succeed

You will come with at least 3 years’ experience working as a project engineer for a heavy civil construction organization. A bachelor’s degree is not required but would be looked upon favorably. You will be looking to join a team where you can grow and develop your long-term career. Exceptional communication skills as well as the attitude to learn and develop is necessary for this position.
