Our client is seeking a Business Operations Associate in New Brunswick, NJ/ Hybrid.

Role Description

This team supports overall strategic and operational objectives for Analytical Development and Attribute Sciences that include capital and asset management, development excellence projects, lab operations, project management, resource management, external engagement, operational excellence and compliance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of business processes, supporting various teams in Analytical Development and Attribute Sciences, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency and productivity.

• Compilation and communication of department performance metrics with appropriate tools
• Tracking progress on department goals and initiatives
• Analysis of operational data related to department performance
• Meeting logistics and support

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant scientific discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
• Experience working with project management and support software/tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Operations related data analysis, slide preparation, and presentation skills
• Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to ensure connectivity across multiple functions and sites
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment. On-site Protocol:
• Physical presence at the BMS worksite or physical presence in the field is a necessary job function of this role, which the Company deems critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, employee well-being and engagement, and it enhances the Company culture.
