Your new role
The Project Manager role involves overseeing all aspects of the construction process for healthcare projects. You will be responsible for contract management, cost control, schedule coordination, safety compliance, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be eligible for the Project Manager role, you must have a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. You must also have between 3–8 years of experience in the healthcare construction industry, preferably with a general contractor or builder/developer, and have completed at least 2 previous hospital projects. You must have the skills to read and interpret construction drawings, negotiate and award subcontracts, forecast and manage project finances, and navigate the Atlanta subcontractor and vendor market. Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also essential.
