As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of our projects.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of project management, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and overseeing project execution.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with the project team to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
  • Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project records, including project logs, reports, and correspondence

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and processes
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Primavera P6
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
