Your new role
This is an exclusive opportunity for an Assistant General Manager to support the overall operations of a 7 building, 1800+ unit, market-rate asset in Central Harlem. This historic property features 13 acres of green space and various resident amenity spaces. Supporting the AGM will be 1 Director of Leasing, 2 Leasing Specialists, 1 Collections employee, 1 Accounts Payable employee, 1 Maintenance Director, 1 Assistant Maintenance Director, 8 Superintendents, 1 Handyman, and 15 Porters.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Assistant General Manager role in NYC, candidates will possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager overseeing a market-rate or mixed-income property
• Yardi experience a plus
• Strong customer service skills
