Recruiter Supports Next Generation

Hays Architecture, one of the UK’s leading specialist recruitment consultancies, recently attended a prize giving ceremony at the University of Cambridge to present a prize to a winning student. Nadine Blandin, Section Manager at Hays Architecture, presented the prize to the University of Cambridge winner, Maria Cavatorta. 

Maria has recently completed her final year of a BA (hons) Architecture course and won the prize for the Best Final Year Environmental Design. Hays Architecture awarded Maria with a cheque and a framed certificate. 

Nadine Blandin of Hays Architecture says: “A lot of people don’t realise that there is a shortage of qualified architects in the UK. This prize is a small step to encourage the next generation of architects to remain in their studies and to reward them for their hard work. Not only is it great to support students to pursue a career in architecture, but we would also encourage students to stay in Cambridge and explore the employment opportunities that exist in and around the city”
