Lincolnshire and Yorkshire get golfing

Local recruitment specialist, Hays Senior Finance, treated Yorkshire and Lincolnshire employers to 18 holes at the PING Championship Golf Course in Gainsborough last week. The day included a complimentary tour of the fitting rooms and a demonstration with a golfing Pro; prizes were awarded to the most accomplished golfers of the day.

“The opportunity enabled us to build upon relationships with businesses in the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire regions. It is very important to us that we maintain good relationships locally” comments Nik Pratap, Director at Hays Senior Finance in Provinces North.

Craig Kennett, Financial Analyst at LINPAC Packaging Ltd was the winner of the day: “The session with the golf Pro was very informative – if only it was as easy to put into practice! The day provided everyone with a perfect opportunity to network, catch up with old friends and make new ones. Hays Senior Finance and the club made sure we had a very enjoyable day and even managed to ensure the weather was excellent! I hope I will get the chance to defend my title next year.” Craig won a new PING golf bag.
