SOUTH COAST CONSTRUCTION BOOM LEADS TO OFFICE MOVE

Projects currently underway across Hampshire and the South Coast include the £345 million Woolston Riverside re-development of the disused Vosper Thorneycroft Shipyard, and a £12 million refurbishment of office headquarters in Portsmouth. Workers will also be required to complete several large housing developments throughout the area, a £10million cinema project in Eastleigh and the refurbishment of several retail units at Hedge End and across the city. Hays Construction & Property will be working with the leading employers in a variety of sectors to complete these projects, including Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Social Housing.
