MANAGER OF THE YEAR

A Reading employee fought off competition from his colleagues across the country to win the title of Hays Construction & Property Manager of the Year.

Hays Construction & Property, the UK’s leading recruitment consultancy, awarded Jason Bowler the prestigious title at the company’s annual conference. He was nominated by his colleagues and subject to strict shortlist criteria, before being invited to present to the Managing Director, Tim Cook. Jason was selected as the winner from over 80 offices across the UK.

Jason says: “I am really pleased to have won this award. It shows how many opportunities exist in and around Reading, highlighting that you don’t have to work in London to progress. We are growing so fast that we are moving into new offices in September and are always looking for the next generation of managers who can keep the title firmly in the Thames Valley region!”
