HAYS HEALTH & SAFETY OFFERS CAREER ADVICE AT IOSH

Hays Health & Safety, which has recently launched as a stand alone division of the UK’s leading recruitment consultancy Hays, will be exhibiting for the first time at this year’s IOSH exhibition. Specialist consultants will be on hand to offer advice, as well as discuss current trends in the marketplace.

The presence at the IOSH exhibition demonstrates the growing profile of Hays Health & Safety and its role as an integral part of the industry. People attending the exhibition will be able to take part in a behavioural profiling test and receive advice on how to sell themselves to prospective employers.

Employers will also be catered for, with tips on how to market a company to employees in such a competitive environment and advice on the latest candidate attraction techniques. There will also be the opportunity to discuss effective retention strategies and their importance.
