BUILT ENVIRONMENT DIVISION OF HAYS CONTINUES TO EXPAND IN SCOTLAND

Despite the current doom and gloom in the construction industry, the built environment division of Hays is continuing to expand. A new office has just opened in Hamilton and an office was opened in Perth the previous month. The new offices allow Hays to have a local presence and better meet the needs of employers in the area given the number of construction projects underway.

Akash Marwaha, Director of Hays, says: “There has been a definite downturn in the housing market, but construction as a whole is faring well due to public sector investment. There are plenty of opportunities for construction workers in the area and having a local office is essential.”
