The suits get on site for charity - H Mitchell Final

Recruitment consultants at the leading specialist recruitment agency Hays Trades & Labour are getting their hands dirty as part of their annual Suits on Site event. Hayley Mitchell and Christina Skrzypczak, from Hays on Hills Rd in Cambridge, worked on site for the day in aid of a fantastic charity. 

Hayley and Christina worked for William Verry Construction on the development of the library in Cambridge City Centre. In return for their hard work William Verry Construction made a generous donation of over £240 to The Lighthouse Club, a charity which supports victims of workplace accidents and their families in the construction industry. Throughout the day, they had to undertake a number of tasks and administration duties.

Hayley says: “It was hard work, but is a great task to support a worthwhile charity, plus it gave me first hand experience of what is required when we place people in jobs out on site. Across the UK, we are hoping that this event will raise over £5,000 for the Lighthouse Club. Thanks to William Verry Construction for its generous donation which will help us to reach this target.”
