Kelly read Law at Leeds University before completing her LPC at Nottingham Law School. She qualified in 2001 and practised as a commercial litigation solicitor with IBB in the South East and subsequently Memery Crystal in the City, before joining Hays Legal in early 2005. Kelly has spent time recruiting in the London law firm market as well as managing the South East team and now focuses on recruiting qualified lawyers at all levels for roles in-house and with law firms in the Home Counties and East Anglia.

Lyn has over twenty years experience of the recruitment sector both within HR and consultancy. Her consultancy career started in Bristol as an Executive Manager for a worldwide staffing employment service provider before being promoted to Corporate Clients, where she was responsible for Account Management of an impressive porfolio of European clients within private and public sector services. Lyn has recruited at all levels within the technical, professional and legal sectors. From Hays Legal offices in Bristol she will be covering the South West and will be focusing in particular on strengthening our relationships with law firms and public services.
