Reducing crime and the fear of crime is the priority of every police force in the country. Wiltshire is no exception.  Where we do differ, however, is in our sheer determination to continue to improve the service we provide.

With 1200 Police Officers, 1000 Police staff and some 180 Special Constables, we strive to deliver a service which leaves the community feeling both safe and satisfied.  We are one of the most ambitious and innovative forces, ready to change how we deliver policing services in order to make the county an even safer place to live.  In order to achieve this vision we have set ourselves the following challenges:
