Our Estates Department is responsible for ensuring West Yorkshire Police has the premises and facilities our people need to achieve their goal – ensuring the safety and security of the communities of West Yorkshire. Our PFI Projects Director will be an integral part of the senior management team within the Estates Department.
We are embarking on a significant programme of capital projects, which will deliver four major new buildings for West Yorkshire Police, including three Divisional Headquarters. This huge challenge is valued at some £180 million. Key to the project will be identifying a first class Projects Director to lead the programme, from business case through to completion.
