The Coach House Nursery is a unique place. Set in a listed building overlooking the Bristol Channel with views to Wales, it is a superb place to work.

Just as importantly, it has a management structure that makes sure everybody has a say in the running of the Nursery. The ideas of everybody in the nursery are valued and contribute to making the Nursery the special place that it is.

I believe that a successful nursery must have happy staff who feel valued and supported. I foster that belief throughout the Coach House, and believe that this is perhaps one of the reasons it is such a popular and sought after Nursery for both parents and their children.

We require Staff who:
