Expressions of interest should be made by CV and Covering letter via the links on each individual job page, however full applications must include the following:
- Completed Application form
- Up to date CV
- Covering Letter
All appointments are made subject to receipt of a completed application form, satisfactory references and Enhanced CRB disclosure.

Safeguarding the welfare of our students and staff
We take seriously the need to safeguard our children, young people and staff. All staff employed at the Academy will be expected to support and take an active part in maintaining this ethos. We undertake a rigorous selection process which includes:
- completion of a ULT application form
- written letter of application or supporting statement which relates to the person specification
- a panel interview
- a written task
References will be called for pre- interview and no offer of a post will be confirmed without:
- a clear enhanced CRB check
- a good reference from the current employer (this must include the Head teacher or equivalent)
At interview all candidates will be expected to show:
- certificates of qualifications
- confirmation of current pay (if appropriate and relevant)
- passport or confirmation of identity
- any previous CRB clearances
- proof of the teacher number (if relevant)
In this way the safeguarding of all is maintained.
