Projects > Transport Projects > Cricklewood RegenerationThis regeneration project is for the proposed town centre development across 133 acres/
1.5 million square metres, which is an area larger than Canary Wharf in London.
Starting with a Brown fill site, the development is going to include new houses, flats, offices, highways, transport links, passenger rail station and an internal rapid tram system.
Scott Wilson is going to be responsible for all transport and infrastructure works from inception through preliminary design and Master-planning until the suggested completion date in 2020. This will include cycle ways, re-modelling Bus Networks, new junction designs, road layouts and widening schemes.
Due to the success and backing of this regeneration scheme the Brent Cross Shopping Centre is now included in the re-development plans. This is to extend out infrastructure improvement plans to surround the congested centre. The planning application was made in the spring and they are looking to start construction in 2008.
If you have any questions regarding the site itself or to find out more about Scott Wilson in general please call the Recruitment Team on 0207 259 8780.
