The team here are hard working and committed teachers and as a result have together achieved a great deal over the past few years.

Our pupils are well behaved, keen learners and are a credit to the community in which they live. We are very proud of them.

If you were to be appointed to Rood End you would be assured of a warm welcome, and supportive colleagues. We all work together here to ensure that everyone, pupils and staff, do well.

As the head teacher of Rood End I try very hard to make sure that you have everything you need to succeed as a teacher because that means that our pupils also do well. We are very well resourced, our building is undergoing a complete refurbishment and even the heating works in the winter!!!!

I am really looking forward to the interviews when I will meet a great group of applicants, all of whom we will probably want to appoint. Unfortunately we can only take a few, perhaps you are the one we are looking for.
