You will be joining Rhodesway at an exciting stage in the school’s continued development. The school was taken out of special measures in December 2006 and was taken out of notice to improve in January 2008. The school is now looking forward to transforming into an academy, opening in September 2009 in the existing buildings and moving into new buildings by 2011. This transition year is an exciting time to be joining the staff at Rhodesway.

We are looking to appoint someone who has the desire to take on a challenge and who can make a significant contribution to our continuing school improvement.

During our time here we have been hugely encouraged by the support we have received from Rhodesway staff at all levels and feel confident that you can expect the same in your role. Students too are very positive. The current mood is buoyant and all signs are highly positive for the future.
